This privacy policy applies to the GIKA - Lofi Vintage Phone Cam app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by NoahProject Inc. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not obtain any information when you download and use it. Registration is not required to use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect any information, no data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. The Service Provider encourages all children to never submit any personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services. The Service Provider encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children's Internet usage and to help enforce this Policy by instructing their children never to provide personally identifiable information through the Application and/or Services without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider through the Application and/or Services, please contact the Service Provider (cs@noahproject.kr) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions. You must also be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of your personally identifiable information in your country (in some countries we may allow your parent or guardian to do so on your behalf).
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, since the Application does not collect any information, there is no risk of your data being accessed by unauthorized individuals.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by the Service Provider.

귀하는 애플리케이션을 제거(삭제)함으로써 애플리케이션의 모든 정보 수집을 쉽게 중단할 수 있습니다. 모바일 기기, 모바일 애플리케이션 마켓플레이스 또는 네트워크에서 제공하는 표준 제거 절차를 이용할 수 있습니다.
아동
본 애플리케이션은 13세 미만의 아동으로부터 고의로 데이터를 요구하거나 마케팅 대상으로 삼지 않습니다.
서비스 제공자는 아동으로부터 개인 식별 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공자는 모든 아동이 애플리케이션 및/또는 서비스를 통해 개인 식별 정보를 제출하지 않도록 권장합니다. 서비스 제공자는 부모 및 법적 보호자가 자녀의 인터넷 사용을 모니터링하고, 허가 없이 애플리케이션 및/또는 서비스를 통해 개인 식별 정보를 제공하지 않도록 지도하여 본 정책을 준수하도록 돕기를 권장합니다. 아동이 애플리케이션 및/또는 서비스를 통해 서비스 제공자에게 개인 식별 정보를 제공했다고 믿을 만한 이유가 있는 경우, 서비스 제공자(cs@noahproject.kr)에게 연락하여 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 해주십시오. 또한 귀하의 국가에서 개인 식별 정보 처리에 동의하려면 최소 16세 이상이어야 합니다(일부 국가에서는 부모 또는 보호자가 대신 동의하도록 허용할 수 있습니다).
